What is a call center store?Every one has some connection to a call center whether they know it or not. You have either called one, worked for one, known someone who has worked for or something similar. I can't think of anyone who ever stops during their day and wonders where call centers get their software, supplies and such. Before I was a call center coordinator, I know I never gave it any thought. But once I took that project on, I learned, quickly. There are so many software packages and suites out on the market, a person can get even more confused after doing research on them, than they were before they started. Then there are all the phone dialers and predictive dialers. Then you have to put into consideration all of the different ways to observe calls that the call center representatives takes that one has to throw their hands in the air and wonder why there are no call center stores. Well wait no longer. There are many call center stores out there now and as the need for call centers continue to rise, more and more of these stores will appear as well. They are source for all your call center needs, products, recording and monitoring systems, and predictive dialers. They also include software that you will need such as customer contact software, management software as well as evaluation software for your call center agents. Most call centers also now include the hardware you may need as well. They have multiline phones, headsets, and possibly computers. They have sorts of training guides, books, and software designed for in house training. You can now find call center stores online or through word of mouth and get a catalog sent to you. It has become common practice for call centers to give out small incentives for their representatives when they have done something good, or to promote something new in the business. In the call center stores you can now find novelty items that can be customized for your company or your current campaign. Call center stores are becoming the way of the future. Managers are finding it much easier to do one stop shopping rather than utilize different companies for different items. It is more efficient and less costly if you buy directly from one company, especially when you may receive a discount for multiple items being shipped from one company to one main address. |
